Decaffeinated using the renowned Swiss Water Process (SWP), it's 100% chemical-free, preserving the coffee's true origin characteristics. Plus, the European Process (EP) ensures meticulous hand-sorting, limiting defects to just 8 per 300g sample for superior cup quality and consistency.
