Cultivated at 1,300-1,500 meters in the Apaneca, Ahuachapán region, its Strictly High Grown (SHG) status ensures a denser bean and a more vibrant flavor. The fully washed and sun-dried processing further refines its inherent sweetness and complexity. Early cuppings show this lot surpasses previous ones, highlighting even more noticeable tangerine and delicate spice.
